I’ve been lucky enough to be invited to France this October and guest chef at my friend’s beautiful little restaurant Chardon, in the south of France.

The owners, Harry, Laura and Julia, are three wonderful people that I met while working in Paris. They are passionate, fun and knowledgeable and I can’t wait to work with them.

It’s also going to be a much overdue chance for me to brush up on my French, which I haven’t used so much as once since leaving Paris a year and a half ago.

Next month brings some consulting in Singapore, but I’ll keep you posted on that when it comes around.
