After a truly wonderful month in France, I’m just arrived in Singapore for a four week-long menu consulting project. It’s great to be back in Asia and meet up with friends I met during my last trip here.
It should be a pretty darn busy month, but I’m hoping to take some time to try new food and take a trip or two to the surrounding countries while I am here. Whatever I end up doing in Singapore, I am sure there will be lots of opportunity for me to learn new things and get inspired. And that is what it’s all about!
