We are pleased to announce our return to Toronto after a few months working and travelling overseas. It’s time to pay homage to the winter harvest with some satisfying, hearty fare.
We will be doing 5 courses for $55+hst. Vegetarian main course available upon request. Dishes will be served family style. This event is BYOB.
Parsnip soup with toasted oat dukkah, smoked date purée and herbs
Roasted butternut squash with apples, mint, hazelnuts and brown butter
Shaved brussels sprouts, charred cabbage and barley with walnut and sultanas
Cinnamon smoked chicken, honey and cider vinegar glaze. Celery root purée.
Stewed apples, bread pudding and sage ice cream
